This day needs no introduction as the world celebrates Labour Day on the 1st of May every year.
Labourers are the backbone of any industry. The success or failure of a company solely hinges on its work force. If a company is successful, then, the credit goes to its labour force plus the management that takes good care!
The first of May is a holiday. There are many programs, speeches, parades, and fun activities that promote good camaraderie amongst the laborers. This is also the time to acknowledge the strife and success of its labour forces. This also reflects on safe working conditions, fair wages and an understanding management.
