Umpteen delectables can be done with these king of fruits. They can be used in ice creams, milk shakes, pickles, Sherbet….these are the more popular ones.
Do you know the costliest mango in the world? Hold your breath…A kilo of it cost a whopping 2.5lakhs in the international markets! So much for the quality and divine taste. They’re called the MIYAZAKI! They’re grown in Japan but now has spread to our country as the weather suits it perfect. They’re not yet available in the open market, that’s why this hefty price. Many farmers in India are growing these mangoes, that we purplish when raw and turns a bright red when ripe! Each of these mangoes weigh 300-350gms. It is rich in potassium and magnesium as it is packed with health benefits. Phew! So much for a mango. MIYAZAKI any one?
